If you have a list of stuff you want to to accomplish yet can’t quiet get motivated to tackle it or have goals you want to achieve but don’t know where to start…. then this workshop will be perfect for you.
In this class you will learn tools for motivating yourself, an approach to setting and achieving goals based in positive psychology and appreciative inquiry, a better understanding of the benefits of mindfulness and how it can help you realize your goals, and ways to incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine.
