- Redeemable with any Bodywork Professional EXCEPT Nick Pavoldi, SIP.
- Bodywork's asks clients got a verbal committment of 3 months in order to purchase The Weekly Series. Clients do NOT have to pay for three months in advance
- The Weekly must be scheduled as a standing weekly appointment. If you set your apointment time for Wednesday at 4:00pm, it is Wednesday at 4:00pm for each week of the month
- You own your weekly time slot, you may use it with any Bodywork Profesionals therapist EXCEPT Nick Pavoldi.
- If you cannot make your weekly slot, it may not be cancelled BUT it can be transferred. In other words, anyone that you authorize (spouse, family member, friend) may occupy your slot.
- The 5 Card must be used within 6 months from date of purchase.
- The 10 Card must be used within 12 months from fate of purchase.
- After the experation date, the Card's are still redeemable for bodywork, but the client must pay the price difference between the cost of the card and the retail cost of the session
Cancellations: We understand there are important reasons to cancel an appointment, but as a courtesy to other clients and our staff, please kindly give us a 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid a full charge. A credit card or gift certificate/gift card deposit may be required at the time of booking your appointment. Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. When mailing gift cards, we cannot promise the arrival of the mail. The mailing of gift cards can take a few days. (We can promise that the gift certificate will go out in the mail within 24 hours.) Frequently asked Questions:When should I arrive for my appointment? We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes early in order to fill out a medical intake form and allow time to discuss your needs and expectations of you session.
What should I wear during my session?This is a matter of personal preference. Many clients choose to disrobe completely, but others prefer to leave their undergarments on. Your body will remain professionally draped throughout the massage, except for the area being worked on.
What payment methods does Bodywork Professionals accept?We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Check & Cash.
What is customary when it comes to tipping?Most guests choose to leave a 15-20% gratuity. Gratuity can be left in cash or check. |
