Call Us to Redeem a Gift Certificate
We can provide the best service for redeeming your gift certificate if you call us directly: Latham 518-389-2200 or Saratoga Springs 518-557-5514 or Niskayuna 518-690-0508. Our online system does not accept gift certificates.

Refunds for Cancelled Appointments Booked Online
Our Mindbody appointment scheduler will credit your account for use next time, but does not automatically refund your card. If you’ve cancelled and would like to be refunded, just call the office and we can process the refund immediately.

Tips for Finding Your Profile
